'06 Dodge Charger

Project: Install Mopar long-tube headers with catted A-pipes on an 06 Dodge Charger R/T 5.7L Hemi

Impressions: Nicely designed/built parts. Admittedly, this is a difficult installation; in fact, the Chrysler dealer had quoted the customer 30 hours labor. I figured 3-4 should do it. I probably spent about 5 honest hours wrenching. Needless to say the customer was pleased when I billed him for 4 hours vs. the 30 that the dealer wanted. I must say, the Hemi engine takes up a lot of space in the engine bay, definitely not a lot of room to work. DIYs: leave this for the professionals; it's just not worth trying to tackle a project like this in your garage. The kit was ultra-complete, including every bolt, gasket, bracket, zip tie and even O2 sensor harness extensions.
