Customer Testimonials
Dear John, Alexei and Russell: Thank you for the tour and your honest insights yesterday regarding my Audi, flash tuning, custom tuning, and broadly the industry you cater to. In a few short words, it was one of the most interesting visits I can remember for several reasons.A lot of things I could say, but I'll leave it as follows: I can't wait to find some reason to come back, nor do I recall any "customer experience" like the one you provided, ever.
From creeping thru your shop door (to the pounding beat of some very appropriate, if slightly intimidating music), to your welcome into the "main office", to the quick (albeit disappointing) analysis of my needs, I found each of you very impressive, individually and as a team, and even more friendly and welcoming. I have told everyone who will listen about my "surprise experience", and I'm here to say it was special! What you do is so cool, and requires such amazing competence, commitment and skills, I was completely blown away.
Do you know what I felt most? I felt like I had walked into your home, was welcomed (even though unknown), and left feeling like a friend. If that's not good customer service, I'm not sure what is. Its a model for me from now on. And the knowledge and enthusiasm was absolutely tangible. It was evident that everyone there WANTED to be there! What a team!
Anyway, when I get done with technical college I'm coming back to look for a job. In the meantime, thank you for the tour, the insight and your enthusiasm. It was entirely contagious, and I'd have to say downright energizing?
I hope to find a way to repay your kindness and the favor of your time. It may not be immediate, but it will come someway. Until then, I'll look forward to seeing you again whether for oil changes, brake jobs, or my first (and likely there would not be more than one) $15,000 supercharger.
Very best regards, Cliff Roesler
Alexei, it's Andrew Dessoye. I just wanted to shoot you an e-mail letting you know how pleased I am with the exhaust, it sounds exactly how I want it to sound. I wanted to thank you for being helpful with everything, and I hope to do business again with you soon. I'll hopefully have the car in a position that I want it to be in by next spring, so I can get that FMIC done, and get it tuned. Farther down the road I see dropping in a 2.5L, and I know exactly who I'll be taking it to. Thanks again and keep up the good work!
Folks, this is a shop that will go far. I've seen both sides of the counter in the performance industry, and the only way to grow your business and do well is to offer excellent service, keep workmanship and quality at a high level, and make yourself known as a facility that has what people need. I'll be taking any of my future business there. - John '98 TSi AWD
Speed Industry knows their stuff. For anything mechanical, this is the only shop I'd trust to work on my car. - Chris '00 Alero
I gotta say I've been dealing with Speed Industry for almost a year so far. I introduced the shop to all my friends in Canada, now you can see subies with SI stickers rolling on the streets all over Eastern Canada: Windsor, London, Toronto, and even Halifax, Nova Scotia (yea you heard it right). Speed Industry is the only place I trust to leave my car with. - Stanley '02 WRX JDMv8
I just wanted to take the time to thank the guys at SI for the great tune, and the hospitality. - Stacy '07 WRX vf39
I had my lightweight and under drive pulley(s) installed there. Of course it turned out to be a huge headache instead of being simple but they were extra helpful and worked all around my schedule. He also ended up giving me a deal I probably didn't deserve.
Car works great, runs smoother, a raced a 97 Cobra (305hp) right afterwards and held him off from 10mph til like 75 at which point he pulled a fender, AND my mileage has gone up. I get 34 mpg at 65mph. And 33mpg at 70mph. I kid you not.Anyway, people bash shops a lot. I just had to give everyone at Speed Industry a shout out for maintaining a quality business and most important, having exceptional customer support/service.

Speed Industry does a great job. Their customer service is the best I've seen in the industry. Even when things get tough nobody loses their cool. - Jeff B. '07 WRX STI
... awesome job on my grill that turned out to be a pain in the assssss - Adam '06 300C
I have only had experience in this "car world" for a short while and even less experience with the businesses that participate in this specialized community. I have had nothing but great experiences with SI and their employees. It's quite an accomplishment in my eyes that a business can turn out great work with a friendly and enthusiastic atmosphere - Dave '07 WRX STI
+++1 for Speed Industry. If it weren't for you guys, I would probably STILL be looking for an actuator!! Thanks for your patience tuning my car and helping me out with the problems we ran into. Great guys! - Jason '04 WRX
A quick recap from the weekend. The car ran flawlessly. Great job with the tuning. It felt superb on the tight twisty tarmac in Tennessee. We surprised a few teams, even ourselves, with an 8th place finish overall and 2nd in SS class. We are very happy with that considering the stiff, seasoned competition and the fact we were taking it easy being our first event in the new car. The WRX drew a lot of attention from the other teams as well as Grassroots Motorsports Magazine. Lots of photos taken so we're hoping there will be a little something in the magazine in the next months. Keep an eye out in the rally and Subaru forums for discussions and photos/video. A full rally report will be uploaded this week. Here's looking forward to Rally West Virginia on August 2nd. Great job from Speed Industry, thanks again. - David & Tammy Allan
We're just back from NASA Rally West Virginia (rallywv.com). The car performed faultlessly and we had plenty power all weekend on the rocky, hilly stages. We achieved 1st in AWD Production class and 5th overall. Not bad for a US National event where we were up against much faster Open class cars. I would go as far as to say we have one of the most competitve AWD Production WRXs in the country thanks in part to Speed Industry. On another rally related note... There will be a Super Rally event in Clio in a couple weeks. Hope you can make it out and perhaps join me in the car for a ride along. Details can be found at misupermoto.com. - Dave Allan
I only had the chance to stop for gas and drive the car home, but it's night and day from when it was dropped off. Very driveable and very fast. Excellent job - I look forward to driving it to work tomorrow. You did a great job - I'm extremely pleased w/ the outcome. - Rob '56 Porsche
Thanks for all the help! YOUR SHOP IS MILES BETTER THAN "****************" Nice to meet someone that takes pride in their work and not out to get a quick buck. This will be seen long term, I guarantee that. ALL THE BEST - Neel '04 WRX STI
